You must also state a detailed reason as to why you are cancelling (as we request for any cancellation). We are the sole arbiter as to if your reason is a valid reason and if all possible steps were taken on your side and on ours to correct the situation causing the interest to cancel. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or wrongly judged our service. All payments to Onhandsms.com or Agaram Solutions are Non-refundable for delays/non-delivery of services due to issues at the telecom operator’s end. Before starting any relationship with us we advise you to test our services. We do not offer any refund of money at any stage or at any condition once the transaction has done. In case, Agaram Solutions agreed to refund money it will take 15 to 30 days but not more than that from the date of request received by Agaram Solutions through E-mail or by regular post. All charges like monthly fee (pro-rata basis), sms charges, 30% processing charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
